Banana Porridge - authentic Jamaican style 🇯🇲

Easy healthy breakfast recipe

BANANA PORRIDGE:

Green Banana 46 fingers
oats 1 cup
coconut milk 2 cups
salt 1tsp
vanilla 1 tablespoon
nutmeg 1 tsp
cinnamon powder 1 1/2 tsp
Sugar 1 cup (or any other sweetener of your choice)


peel and dice banana's.
Add diced banana's and oats into blender with 1 1/2 cups of water.
Add blended mixture to boiling coconut milk.
Stir mixture into coconut milk, cover and allow to cook for 1520 minutes.
Porridge should be thick and creamy once cooked.
Add spices and sweeten to taste.

Serve into your favorite bowl and enjoy
