Living in Bard Hall...

• Most floors are coed, with the exception of one of the floors that is all female and one that is all male

• On my coed floor, there is a communal shower room composed of 5 shower curtain stalls there are small hooks to hang your towel I personally wear a bath robe when I head to the showers. You will also see guys half naked, or girls just with towels wrapped around to each their own! *** I would also suggest having shower slippers when you head in there.

• In the bathroom, there are two sinks (kind of is a bummer for those who don't have their own sinks and have to use the communal ones) and 4 toilet stalls

• There are three elevators in the building (two for general use to your dorm room), and one elevator that takes you down to the basement for the Bard Hall Gym (check online for hours!)

• There is a trash closet and a recycling closet on each floor where you can toss your trash

• 24 hours doorman security on ALL campus housing

• 11th floor (top floor) has a kitchen with stoves, oven, sink, etc. for your cooking needs. There is also a nice rooftop view up there!

• There is a laundry room on the second floor of the building you will be given a special chip card when you pick up your dorm keys, and you can upload money onto the card in the laundry room.

• ^ 8 washing machines (38 min wash $1.25 regular cycle, $1.50 super cycle) and 9 dryers (60 min $1.25)
