This video depicts a basic warmup that you can do in your aqua aerobic classes. I pretty much do this warmup in all my aquatic fitness classes deep and shallow. The warmup features basic aqua moves that also serve as an active stretch for the major. This warmup video was referenced in the new Aqua X Core workout that was posted on the Fitmotivation website as a warmup that could be performed prior to the workout.
