I reviewed this video and realized I wasn't very thorough about my descriptions.

Clarifications:

1. The black chord is a shaver that has different plug ins. It comes in different types but like I said, the nurse opened me what the surgeon needed. It's easy to put on. All you have to do is align the holes and it should click. You need to attach a suction at the end, otherwise you will splash saline everywhere.

2. The suction that has a cassette attaches to the left side of the trocar as an inflow to funnel the saline into the shoulder. The other end is another suction as an outflow.

3. On top of the trocars, you also need to attach the light chord and the camera which was shown on my back table. So the camera has a total of 4 chords: light chord, camera, cassette inflow tubing and outflow.

4. For draping order:
half sheet down
plastic u drape up
plastic u drape down
blue towel, stockinette, coban (this is to secure the hand and keep the field sterile)
ioban (surgeon ended up using 3/4)
arthroscopy drape (has a hole in the middle)
*I suggested this drape and he liked it so no need to use 2 paper u drapes.

This is all hard to grasp trust me I get it but I will make a video talking about this soon!
