Battery voltage telemetry mod for FlySky ia6b receiver

By default the ia6b receiver returns telemetry info showing the voltage of the receiver itself which is not that useful when the receiver is running off a BEC powered by the main flight battery. Cutting some traces and adding a wire lets you use that telemetry for an external voltage.
