The Battle of Alberta Edmonton and Calgary compared yeg vs. yyc


The Battle of Alberta dates back just a few years. I've lived in both cities and love to compared the differences between Edmonton and Calgary. I have found that I love both cities and they cannot be compared! I lived in Edmonton for 31 years and lived in Calgary for 5 years. Edmonton has my people and Calgary feels like home.

The rivalry usually is between sports teams but as someone who doesn't watch sports on a regular basis (GO OILERS!) I find a happy medium between the two cities.
