This video follows a historical simulation of an RAF pilots experience flying the Spitfire in the Battle of Britain. These Spitfires are scrambled to intercept German He111 bombers and Bf109 fighters of the German Luftwaffe. This video was made using the combat flight simulator IL2 Sturmovik Great Battles series (Kuban, Stalingrad, Bodenplatte, Moscow).
