salt to taste

Ingredients for cooking darun on a large grater:
4 medium potatoes
¼ large onion
1 egg
1 clove of garlic
3 Art. l. sunflower oil (for frying)
salt and pepper to taste
5th century l. sour cream for serving

Vegetable soup

Ingredients for soup:
1 leek
1 carrot
1 stalk of celery
½ sweet pepper
1 tomato

For vegetable broth:
½ onion
¼ celery root
½ carrot
1 bay leaf
2 peas of fragrant pepper
1 liter of water
dill and parsley greens for serving (optional)
