On 19 August 1966, soldiers of Delta Company 6RAR, await reinforcements before returning to the battlefield. Some of their damaged weapons are examined by Private Bryan Reilly of Qld.

The men move back into the battle area on armoured personnel carriers and almost immediately find two wounded Australians.

On the alert for booby traps and unexploded grenades, the Australians treat wounded enemy soldiers and salvage enemy weapons.
