The Railgun TOR (EMKV90TOR) has had a lot of changes since Season 6 and Season 7 of Battlefield 2042 (bf2042), particularly to how its AntiAir mechanics function and the introduction of the Canister Shot for its primary and secondary gunner. I've noticed that many players haven't quite grasped these mechanics so I decided to make this video to help.

The TOR is best played as a fastpaced high speed assassin always moving around the map, pushing enemy armour and objectives alike. Priorities should be to look for weaker vehicles such as the Wildcat and CAV, plus dealing with Main Battle Tanks (MBTs). Shots at aircraft should be prioritised for those within the maximum oneshot kill range and below a barrel elevation of 6 degrees to avoid the more aggressive AA mechanics kicking in.

The TOR is far from unbeatable though, having multiple weaknesses which I will run through. The EMP Grenade, poor ammo management and the RAM / another TOR are chief amongst them, though shooting potshots from across the map and getting the Attack Heli's attention is equally a bad idea!

Now that BF2042 is going into its final phase, it's unlikely the TOR will be materially changed from this point on. For those picking up the game on sale / joining late, I hope this helps you to get familiar with the vehicle.
