You guys remember the pre patch frag rounds from Battlefield 3 used most commonly on shotguns like the USAS12? Well they kinda brought back this overpowered monstrosity for Battlefield 2042 Portal with the frag rounds featured on the SPAS12 which funnily enough is one of the only things DICE has gotten faithful from the original games. The way it works in Portal is little different in that when you swap from regular buckshot to the frag rounds on the shotgun it converts each pellet to a frag round rather than a single projectile as it was originally intended. This makes the SPAS12 in Battlefield 2042 Portal the most ridiculously overpowered gun in Battlefield history allowing to rain down hell on players from the other side of the map, instantly killing anyone foolish enough to cross your sights and can even TAKE DOWN HELICOPTERS & LIGHT VEHICLES! DICE pls. As of the uploading of this video the frag rounds have probably been disabled, it was fun while it lasted.
