On this day, there was a change to the schedule as BBC One opted to air a special episode of Panorama about Lucy Letby. However, there were some technical difficulties, as for the first few seconds of the programme it momentarily froze, then showed colour bars and a VT clock (with the BBC Northern Ireland logo) then played out normally. Pretty weird for that to happen.
