Built in 1886 by prominent Cincinnati businessman A.E. Burkhardt. Lots more history can be found online if your interested as well as pictures of the home from back in the day. Was added too the NRHP sometime in the 1980’s. Over the years the home was sold and became apartments as well as a senior nursing home in its final years. Last used in any capacity in the early 90’s, and has sat vacant since. Now it’s set too be torn down for a new apartment complex or atleast that’s what the sign out front reads.Thanks for watching hope you enjoy!
