Today we have a routine to tone and shape arms and shoulders and abdomen and get an upright posture and very nice arms and shoulders.

In this routine we will use dumbbells, in my case I use 3 and 2 kilos, depending on the exercise and the muscle that works. If you do not have dumbbells you can use bottles of water or without weight.

During the first three blocks we will work on the area of ​​arms, back, shoulders and chest, using as I said resistance (weights) to increase caloric expenditure and also the body's metabolic activity. It is super important, during the week, to include weight routines like this routine that I bring you today.

In the last block we do a more concerted work in the abdominal area with different variations to work this whole area in full. The last two blocks are knocked down, so if in your case you can not lie down, you can repeat the first two blocks and complete the routine.

It is a routine without impact, indicated for almost all of you who follow the channel, in which you choose the resistance or weight you want to use. It is very effective, because in the first three phases we will combine strength exercises with aerobic mobility exercises from the top and how you already know, all this to the rhythm of the music, so you fly by and do a complete job almost without noticing
