Chapters of Film #4

This edit honours the emotional biopic of Beautiful Boy, retelling the traumatic events of Nicolas and David Sheff and their battle with the crystal meth epidemic. I watched this film for the first time not long ago and immediately felt the proclivity to make it my own in some way. I really adored the editing of Nico Leunen in the film, and I took inspiration from that in constructing a shifting, nonlinear way of storytelling in this video as it was used during the film. Regarding the future of this series, the next video will most likely be honouring Tarantino's 'Once Upon a Time in Hollywood.' I also have plans to make a big mashup of Denis Villeneuve's filmography.
