While walking in the neighborhood, I found a kitten with its eyes seemingly glued shut by discharge. The neighbors said it was abandoned by someone. The kitten looked very young, maybe less than a month old. I used a wet wipe to clean its eyes, but something seemed off. The kitten's eyeballs were deeply recessed, so I was very careful while cleaning, afraid of hurting it. At that time, we didn't know how serious its condition was; we just thought its eyes were glued shut. After a long time of cleaning, we finally got the little fellow cleaned up. Onlookers said the little one was originally a stray cat, picked up and taken home by a kindhearted person, but somehow ended up being abandoned again.
