Béchamel sauce

This time we will make a basic sauce, white sauce. It's easier and quicker to make it all at once by adding the milk and turning the heat on high, without stopping as much as possible. (About 10 minutes)
Depending on the pot, the corners may burn easily, so mix thoroughly.
Please adjust the hardness to your preference.
We will also introduce dishes using white sauce.

Butter 100g
Flour 100g

*When making in small quantities
Please make it the same way.
