Today I eat chicken & beef shawarma at Halab Gate, located in the heart of Bukit Bintang, this kebab street food is extremely popular with locals, and for good reason; it's absolutely, insanely & immensely delicious!

I got here pretty early because I wanted to show you them setting up the precooked meats, one of which weighs an astonishing 160kg!! It's not liftable, so they use a hoist to raise it onto the vertical rotisserie. Amazing!
