Recipe for: Beef Goulash Soup. Warm and Fragrant!

Required products:

1 kg. beef stew
2 onions, finely chopped
2 carrots, finely chopped
1 small head of celery, finely chopped
2 red peppers, finely chopped
3 potatoes, cut into small cubes
4 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
Half a bunch of parsley, finely chopped
1 cube of beef broth
4 tablespoons of tomato puree
Salt, black pepper, paprika, cumin
Oil

Method of preparation:

Put the beef in a pot and fill it with cold water to the top. Turn on the stove and wait for the water to boil. Boil for exactly 1 hour, skimming the foam that forms.
After 1 hour, turn off the heat and remove the beef from the pot. Set the meat and stock aside.
In another pot, heat oil and add the onion, carrots and celery. Fry the vegetables for 23 minutes until they start to soften.
Add the tomato puree and 34 teaspoons of red pepper. Stir and fry for 3040 seconds.
Add the stock you used to cook the beef in and top up the pot with a little water. Stir and wait for it to boil.
Cut the beef into small cubes. When the soup boils, add the red peppers, potatoes and crush the beef stock cube. Season with salt, pepper and cumin. Let the soup simmer over moderate heat for about 25 minutes.
After 25 minutes, add the beef, garlic and parsley. Mix well.
If desired, you can also add hot pepper. Turn off the heat and serve the soup sprinkled with some fresh parsley.
