We're making a Beef Roast with our new toy! We're using the Power Pressure Cooker XL. This thing is amazing! It's definitely a far cry from the pressure cookers my Grandparents and Parents used LOL.
We used it for the first time in this video and we are super happy with our purchase. The Beef Roast turned out extremely tender and flavorful.

Ingredients Used in this dish:
~Roughly Chopped~
White Onions, Celery & Green Bell Pepper.
Red Potatoes
Baby Carrots
Lipton Recipe Secrets "Beefy Onion" 2 pks.
All seasonings were used to taste NOT MEASURED!
Onion Powder, Salt, Black Pepper, Italian Seasoning, Complete Seasoning & Bay Leaves.
2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil added to the pot.
Just enough water to cover Beef Roast.
