Beef Short Ribs Smoked in the Pit Barrel Cooker

I want to share with you a cook I recently did with a slab of prime beef short ribs I bought from my local butcher, The Butcher Shoppe. It's hard to put into words how delicious these are when properly seasoned and smoked! I tell folks, it's like a true BBQ delicacy! It's some of the best beef you will ever eat! I season mine with SPG and smoke them in my ‪@pitbarrelcooker‬ for about 45 hours, or until the internal temp is reading just over 200F. You need to give these a try!
