Beef 400 g.
Potatoes 3 pcs.
Green onions 12 stalks
Carrots 3 pcs.
Red pepper 1 pc.
Celery
Sol
Pepper
Parsley
Water 1.5 liters.
Eggs 1 pc.
Cream 20 ml.
Method of preparation
In a saucepan pour 1.5 liters of water, add the meat cut into small pieces and celery. Boil for 40 minutes.
Fry the finely chopped onions, carrots and peppers in a little oil with a little salt.
Cut the potatoes into cubes and add them to the pan together with the fried vegetables. Boil the soup for 2025 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle with green parsley.
When the soup cools down, build it up.
