Recipe for Boiled Veal

NECESSARY PRODUCTS:

beef 1 kg. (shank, ribs)
tomato 1 pc.
celery (head) 1 pc. (medium)
onions 5 heads
carrots 5 pcs.
red peppers 2 pcs.
potatoes 3 pcs. (larger)
celery (leaves) 1 peak.
parsley 1/2 peak.
oil
spring
Black pepper grains
sol
bay leaf 3 pcs.
beef broth 1 cube

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

Bring the meat to a boil, after boiling carefully remove the foam that forms. Add the celery and parsley stalks, a few grains of allspice, a few grains of black pepper, salt, a cube of beef broth, and bay leaves to the pan. Allow the meat to cook until done.

During this time, cut all the vegetables in bulk, the 2 onions into crescents, and the remaining 3 into thick slices.

When the meat is ready, strain the broth, separate the meat and return the broth to the pot on the stove. Add a little oil, celery, onions (crescents), carrots and wait for 90% to cook. Meanwhile, caramelize the onions (sliced) in a pan. Add the potatoes, peppers and cooked meat to the pan. Continue to cook until the potatoes are cooked. Finally add the tomatoes and caramelized onions, and cook for another 1520 minutes. Sprinkle the finished soup with finely chopped parsley and celery.
