1 onion
1 green bell pepper
1 Tbl Minced Garlic
Sautéed the veggies
Remove Veggies

Add oil
1 pack lipton onion soup mix to beef
Season Salt
Garlic powder
onion powder
Sazon Pack
Woreshire Sauce

Brown 2 lbs beef tips
Remove meat and put aside

Add 3 Cups of Beef Broth
Season Broth
1/2 pk of onion soup mix
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
1/2 pk of sazon
Add Veggies back
Add Meat Back

Add Bay Leaf
Put top on and let simmer for 1
2hrs
Gravy
Take some Broth Add to a bowl
Add Corn Starch and stir
And then stir the mixture back to pot
Cook for about 20 mins so gravy will thicken
