This astral projection hypnosis is specifically designed for those of you who are new to astral projection or have tried but find that they are interrupted by body movement, itches or twitches or who simply have trouble relaxing and going to a deep enough state to allow the subconscious to take over and initiate an out of body experience.

This session has an extended relaxation period where I not only calm any body movement, but utilize it through hypnotic techniques to calm the body and mind even more.

I also provide guidance on how to navigate once your astral body is free of the physical self.
