This time we are making shrimp Har Gau, the skin is soft and not sticky. in a nutshell: it's DELICIOUS.

OK, here are the ingredients used to make Shrimp Har Gau. By the way, this is for 1820 pcs of Har Gau, for the skin we use an 8 cm diameter cutter.

Filling ingredients:
200 gr peeled shrimp
3 tsp cornstarch
1/3 tsp salt
1/3 tsp sugar
1/3 tsp mushroom stock
1/3 tsp ground pepper
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1 clove of garlic

Leather Material:
50 gr wheat starch
25 gr cornstarch
25 gr cornstarch ( yes it needs for twice)
1/2 tsp cooking oil
1/2 tsp salt
100 ml boiling water
