A barbecue with quality meats from our own herd, prepared in the establishment's butcher's shop, and roasted by experienced barbecue chefs. This is Churrascaria Barcellos, in the municipality of Viamão, in the state of Rio Grande do Sul, southern Brazil.

Every day, but especially on weekends, the public fills the premises of the steakhouse to enjoy a firstclass barbecue, cooked on the traditional barbecue and also on the grill.

Having your own herd makes all the difference, as the animals feed on natural pasture and feed prepared on the farm itself. Care and dedication to produce quality animal protein.

Ribs, picanha, filet mignon, entrecot, thin flank, rump steak, rump skirt, shoulder are among the cuts prepared with care. Not to mention the boneless lamb, the ham and the pork ribs with barbecue sauce, the tulip and the chicken heart. And side dishes such as garlic bread, pineapple and stuffed peppers, as well as a hearty buffet and even pizzas.
