A regrand opening ribbon cutting ceremony for the remodeled Fred Meyer store on West Bakerview Road is scheduled for Nov. 18, 2022, in Bellingham, Wash. The grocery store underwent a sixmonth remodel to widen aisles and upgrade some departments.
