Hi and welcome back to my kitchen. Are you looking to use some metallic edible paint on your cakes, to really make them shine but not sure what you can use? In this weeks video tutorial I'm going to show you my 6 best methods for creating edible paint. From mixing lustre dust with dipping solution, extract, lemon juice, water, vodka and also using premixed edible paint.

You can then choose from the list your favourite to use the next time to want to add shimmer and sparkle onto your fondant cakes, maybe to paint a royal icing drip, or add detail onto buttercream.
