OK. Let’s start working through the 7 MOSTASKED interview questions, why they are asked, and the topscoring answers! Here we go…

INTERVIEW QUESTION #1 – TELL ME ABOUT YOURSELF. 02:29
The hiring manager will ask you this question to give you the opportunity to start talking about yourself, and to find out whether you have the skills, qualities and knowledge to meet the demands the role. Here is my best answer to this first interview question:

The hiring manager will ask you this next interview question to gauge whether your strengths are a match for the job description. If they are a match, you will need minimal training and supervision in the role.

INTERVIEW QUESTION #3 – WHAT ARE YOUR WEAKNESSES? 05:02
The hiring manager will ask you this very difficult interview question for two reasons. Number one, whether your weakness will hinder your ability to perform your duties as required, and number two, whether you are seeking to improve on your weaknesses.

INTERVIEW QUESTION #4 – WHY DO YOU WANT TO WORK FOR OUR COMPANY? 06:16
The hiring manager will ask you this next interview question because most people don’t really care which company they work for, which means they won’t stay at the company longterm. This will then means the hiring manager will have to readvertise the position and go through a lengthy selection process once more.

INTERVIEW QUESTION #5 – WHY SHOULD WE HIRE YOU? 07:22
The hiring manager will use yours and the other candidates answers to this tough interview question to decide which one candidate can ADD THE MOST VALUE in the position. Therefore, do not be afraid to sell yourself in your answer.

INTERVIEW QUESTION #6 – WHY DO YOU WANT TO LEAVE YOUR JOB? 08:31
The hiring manager will ask you this next challenging but common interview question to see whether you are leaving your job for negative reasons. Do not be negative about your current or former employer, coworkers or boss. If you are negative, you will not get hired.

INTERVIEW QUESTION #7 – DO YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS FOR US? 09:28
At the end of your job interview, the hiring manager will ask you if you have any questions, The vast majority of candidates respond by saying:

“No, it’s OK, I do not have any questions. You covered everything in the interview!”
