Chinese is one cuisine that's eaten all over the world. Everyone has its own versions and every region tweaks it according to their taste and preferences.

Veg noodles / Chowmein that's Hakka noodles or Manchurian that's Indo Chinese or schezwan sauce or chicken/paneer chilli, Chinese bhel are some dishes that you will get all over India, be it in the Indian Street food / Mumbai Street Food or restaurants.

In my video, I visit PF Chang restaurant which specialises in pan asian cuisine.

It's a international chain of Chinese Food that has over 300 outlets all over the world including few in India made specifically catering to Indian food palate.
