• Easy Recipe for Irish Soda Bread
Corned Beef & Cabbage
1 (34 lb.) Corned Beef
2 lb. Yukon Gold Potatoes or Red Potatoes, peeled and cut in half
1/2 Yellow or White Onion, cut into chunks
2 Cloves of Garlic whole
23 Carrots chopped or 1 & 1/2 Cups of Baby Carrots
1 Bay Leaf
1 T. Spicy Brown Mustard (optional)
12 oz. Bottle of Pale Ale or 1 & 1/2 C. Water
1 Small to Medium Head of Cabbage, Chopped
2 T. Fresh Chopped Parsley for garnish
Cook 89 hours on low.
