It was a humble reminder that we are all in this together, going through life and trying to deal, because it's not always easy. In this video, I go over some really wonderful stones that aid you to help overcoming anxiety. Working with crystals for anxiety is a great way to calm your energy and be present in the moment. Crystals for anxiety that are on this list are: lepidolite, scolecite, garnet, morganite, and amethyst followed by some honorable mentions. A mixture of working with these crystals and having an open dialogue with my close friends & family when I start to feel my own anxiety take over.
