A new exercise I've been working on for the past year...
I got this from Christopher Sommer...the Olympic Gymnastics coach featured on Tim Ferris' podcast and book, Tools of Titans.
The exercise is MOBILITY exercise.
This means it is for better movement...
Not strength.
It's super simple to do.
I've been doing 3 reps each way every morning.
It's helped me get back to full range dips again and full squats without pain the next day.
No more aching hips...or groin pain.
