Glute bridges are a great exercise for lumbopelvic stability if done properly.

Here are a few variations and tips to maximize the benefits of this exercise.

Quality is way more important than quantity with this exercise.

Gently press low back into ground.
Dig heels into ground.
Squeeze glutes and lift. (So important!
Thighs and body should stay in line.
❌Don’t go past parallel.

✅Try it while squeezing a yoga block between your knees for the abductors!

✅Repeat while pushing out in abduction against a belt or strap.

Three sets of 10 would be amazing but form is the most important here!
