They are great to be used as activation exercises at the start of the workout, in the middle, for injury prevention, injury return, stabilization, muscular imbalances, correctives, and strengthening. Especially for sports performance training, this is a massive part and mini band are so incredibly important. So many people and athletes have weak hips and glutes, and this needs to change.
