Best of Both Worlds! Unboxing The Division Watch

For those of you who have been following my channel you probably know that 2 main pieces of content that I create are The Division 2 gameplays and unboxing of watches, as I really enjoy both of them.

They are normally 2 different things but today we have the rare opportunity to combine both, where I unbox a watch that is taken straight from The Division game.

The first episode of The Division game was released in March 2016, which was published by Ubisoft under the Tom Clancy's branding. The background story was some time in 2015 the New York City was hit by a viral pandemic and the whole place went into chaos. A party of sleep agents were activated to restore order (launch trailer:    • Tom Clancy's The Division  Launch Tr...  ). Lots of gadgets were used in this game, and in particular a watch that was used by all agents to communicate and utilize in mission.

Ubisoft smarty created a replica of this watch and included it exclusively in the collector's edition. I wasn't aware of it and didn't consider getting a collector's edition. But recently I've decided to look for it and while it wasn't a really soughted after item like before it was still not easy to find. Fortunately I found a local seller who sold it to me as a set.

This video also shows the rest of the items in the set, which are also cool. But the one thing that most people are interested in is indeed the watch.

The watch itself is nicely made and presented. It's made with metal (some sort of cast iron coated with a rubbery black paint) and feels hefty. It's a heavy watch (172g) and feels very solid. Functionwise it's surprisingly good for a merchandise: local time, world time, multiday alarm, stopwatch, and timer. It also lights up just the way it is in the game (orange chapter ring).

Overall I like this watch a lot but I will not wear it in a daily basis, because:
1. it's heavy
2. it's not waterproof
3. it only shows time for a few seconds when I press a button
4. it's a collectable item and it seems to be scratched easily

I might just wear it once in a while when I play the Division 2 game.

Hope you enjoy this video!
