My personal "Survival Permadeath NoVATS" character build. In my opinion this is the best build to utilize during 'Survival Permadeath' challenges. It was created with an emphasis on the 10mm Pistol, and Sneaking. The build itself allows you to complete the main story in under 30 levels.
