Ingredients:
1 medium size sweet potato (1.1lb | 500g)
1 medium size zucchini (0.5lb | 200g)
1 onion

3oz | 80g | 1 cup almond meal
1oz | 30g | 1/3 cup plant based parmesan cheese
3oz | 50g | 1/3 cup breadcrumbs or chickpea crumbs
1tsp dried herbs
1tsp garlic powder
1tsp Korean chilli flakes
salt for seasoning

‍Cooking tips:
❗Feel free to add your favourite herbs and spices to get the flavour you enjoy the most.
❗You can substitute plant based parmesan cheese for 5tbsp nutritional yeast.
❗Almond meal can be replaced by rolled oats or ground sunflower seeds.
❗Korean chilli flakes (Gochugaru) substitute includes crushed red pepper flakes or cayenne pepper.
