Retired U.S. Air Force Brigadier General and Hudson Institute Senior Fellow Dr. Robert Spalding discusses his book, “Stealth War: How China Took Over While America’s Elite Slept.” Stealth War addresses China’s history of leveraging relationships with American corporations to favor Chinese national security interests. Dr. Spalding further addresses the impact of China’s calculated strategy on the development of U.S. military capabilities, especially in the special operations community. In conclusion, he calls for a drastic reassessment of our current strategy to counter China’s malign influence on U.S. national security and interference in the U.S. economy.
