INGREDIENTS:
• Bhetki (Barramundi) Fish Fillet – 800 Gms (10 Pc)
• Banana Leaves (5 to 6)
• Grated Fresh Coconut – ½ Cup (60 Gms)
• Curd/Yogurt – ½ Cup (125ml)
• Turmeric Powder – 1 Tsp
• Green Chilies – according to taste
• Mustard Oil – 3 Tbsp
• Salt to taste
• Cotton Thread
MAKE A PASTE OF:
• Black Mustard Seeds – 4 Tbsp
• Yellow Mustard Seeds – 2 Tbsp
• Poppy Seeds – 2 Tbsp
• Green Chilies – 1 or 2 (depending on taste)
