Joe Biden introduced Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelensky as “President Putin” as he welcomed Zelensky to the NATO summit in Washington. A few hours later, the 81yearold Democrat made another gaffe, referring to "VicePresident Trump", rather than Kamala Harris. Biden’s age and health has caused concern to many in his party, but he insisted that he’s "in good shape" and will run for another term as US president.
