Hey Guys, Hope you are enjoying the little bike excursion I took up into New England. The Trek 520 is still rolling smooth and carrying me many many miles. In this video I roll Thru Up state New York on The Harlem Valley rail Trail on my way to Massachusetts. If you are ver east of The Hudson River this is definitely a trail you want to check out, its a smooth black top trail skirting around lots of wetlands, ponds and streams. Its a must ride.
