We had three very different experiences riding Washington's Olympic Discovery Trail. Currently more than 90 miles of the trail are in place with another 40 miles planned. Highlights of the Trail are found at Discovery Bay, Sequim Bay, the rural Dungeness River area, Port Angeles waterfront, Elwha River, the north shore of Lake Crescent, and the forested landscape of the western Olympic Peninsula. This trail is the western most segment of the Great American Rail Trail. These rides took place in September 2023.
