This is a hodgepodge of thoughts on various topics, including my struggles with bipolar and managing it in the context of a magical practice, words of power and clairaudience, and finally an upcoming series of PGM/PDMEnochian crossover rituals. All of this will precede resumption of the Drasaya ritual in Michaelmas in September.

Thanks again to everyone who has been supportive when I’ve been sick, it means a lot to me.

UPDATE: I got some kind comments asking if I’d tried energy work or another magical or mental technique. The honest answer is, I’ve tried a lot and I have found that nothing works better than the basics: medication, exercise, sleep, and therapy. I also do that extra step of CognitiveBehavioral work as well as monitoring my symptoms. Magical techniques don’t seem to make a difference, and if that’s the case, one must fall back on mundane, which I do. However, I do appreciate the kindhearted ness from folks wanting to help, so thank you!
