Hey guys, this is a pretty long video but I had a lot to get off my chest when it comes to dealing with relationships with people when you are bipolar. It effects every aspect of my life and I think it is important to have the right relationships and to not even be in a relationship until you can take care of yourself first before you can even began to handle someone else's baggage.
