Why should we edit our bird images? Well, the answer is simple. Our cameras have severely limited sensors and thus all bird photography RAW files (Jpegs) we capture are just a compromise and we use image editing to bring back all the details and colours missed, so that the birdphotography images look like what we saw with our eyes in the field. But where can you get started? What are the right tools? Which programs to use? How do I edit my bird images?
Don't dismiss editing or fall into the " straight out of camera" trap. Editing is needed and I want to show you why and how you can do it.
