140 g wholemeal flour
100 g cinnamon cane sugar
60 g oat flakes (porridge oats)
1 pinch of salt
80 g gr toasted and ground almonds
50 g raisins
80 ml extra virgin olive oil
50 ml rhum
180°C / 350°F / Gas Mark 4 for 12 minutes
