The Black fever is the fictional disease in the State of Decay universe that causes people to turn into zombies. However, despite its importance, almost nothing is known about it. At least directly, since all the information they give us is spread throughout the two main installments and their multiple expansions.

This mysterious disease is really dangerous for those who contract it and can have lethal consequences. Black fever emerged spontaneously throughout the world, infecting hundreds of thousands of people in a short time and raising countless undead from their graves.

The most terrifying thing is that it has proven to be capable of evolving on its own and even making zombies mutate...
