From page 103 of the version 3.0 manual:
MIDI Note Number Action
100 (usually E7) Select Previous Pad
101 (usually F7) Select the Next pad
102 (usually F#7) Play the currently selected pad
103 (usually G7) Record to currently selected pad (must be empty)
104 (usually G#7) Clear the currently selected pad
